A single-origin specialty coffee from producer Benjamin Paz in El Cedral, Santa Barbara, Honduras, grown at 1600 MASL. This Gesha variety is processed using the Dark Room Dried (DRD) Natural method, where hand-picked coffee cherries are dried in refrigerated shipping containers with controlled temperature and humidity before finishing in solar tents. The cup profile features bergamot, red wine, pineapple, oolong tea, lychee, mango, grape, quince, apple, rose, and earl grey notes, with a clean and floral character. This coffee was used by competitors who placed first and second at the United States Barista Competition.
