Summary
Benjamin Paz's Finca La Salsa Gesha from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, awarded first place in the 2024 Honduras Cup of Excellence. This collaboration box set features the same coffee roasted by four different roasters: Black & White, Onyx, Proud Mary, and Verve. The Gesha variety undergoes Benjamin Paz's signature 4X fermentation method - a multi-step process involving 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation in whole cherry, 24 hours of mucilage fermentation, 24 hours submerged in water, and 24 hours of dry aerobic fermentation, before being washed and dried on raised beds. Each box contains four 56-gram portions of whole-bean coffee.
