A dual offering from Finca Plan del Hoyo in El Salvador, produced by Francisco R.R. de Sola. The coffee is grown on an ancient volcanic crater at 1,760 MASL in the Santa Ana region. The variety is SL28, a rare Kenyan selection in El Salvador. Two processing methods are offered: Natural (notes of blackcurrant, cacao nib, cherry) and Washed (notes of orange, apricot, black tea). The farm placed in the 2023 Cup of Excellence and operates with a research garden in partnership with the University of Texas Borlaug Institute. Suitable for all brewing methods.
