Summary

Single-origin specialty coffee from Gera Farm, one of Ethiopia's largest coffee estates in the Gera District of Jimma Zone, Oromia region. Grown at 2000m under a sustainable agroforestry system with natural shade trees, without chemical fertilizers or insecticides. Cultivars include 74-140, 74-4, 74-110, 74-112, 75-227 and 74-158. Washed process with rigorous quality control and raised-bed drying. Flavour notes of citrus, floral and green apple. Light roast, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
