Bailies Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, sourcing single origin, microlot, and signature blend coffees from trusted producers around the world. They work on a direct trade model—green bean buyer Jan Komarek has been visiting partners like Colombia's Comepcafé since 2015. Fresh roasts drop regularly, from washed Colombians with orange and milk chocolate to naturals from Ethiopia and Bolivian microlots. They offer subscriptions (microlot, single origin, espresso blend) with free delivery, plus hands-on courses from home espresso to latte art at their Belfast roastery.
