Costa Rica La Pastora Anaerobic
Summary
Costa Rica La Pastora Anaerobic is a limited-release single-origin coffee from Finca La Pastora in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Grown at 1700-2000 meters above sea level, it combines Caturra, Catuai, and Typica varieties. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process, sealed from oxygen for up to four days, yielding a creamy, full-bodied cup with notes of sweet-tarts, cherry, port wine, wine, rum, and ripe tropical fruit.
