Ethiopian coffee from producer Habtamu Fikadu Aga, trading as Kuri Mountain Coffee, based in Kuri Kebele, Wolega. The organization spans 105 hectares planted in Kuri Kebele plus 837 hectares total including 144 registered outgrowers who deliver cherry to washing stations across Wolega, Guji, and Jimma. Cherries are pulped and undergo submerged fermentation for 48-72 hours depending on temperature, then the parchment rests in water for 12 hours before drying on raised beds for 10-12 days. Certified organic (Ecocert) and Fair for Life. In the cup: jasmine, white peach preserves, and wild flower honey.
