Anvil Ethiopian - Ayele Fulasa Gesha - Micro Lot
Summary
Ethiopian coffee from producer Ayele Fulasa, grown at 2005 metres in Werkasakaro, Yirgacheffe. The JARC 74110 variety is selectively hand-picked and naturally processed, with ripe cherries dried on raised bamboo beds for 2-3 weeks. Light roasted, it offers an expressive cup with forest fruits and delicate white-wine character, with the natural processing adding depth and sweetness. Particularly enjoyable as espresso, where its fruit-forward character comes alive, and also makes an exceptional flat white.
