Summary

Mexico Finca Los Laureles is a single-origin filter coffee from Siltepec, Chiapas, Mexico, produced by Maria Candelaria Hernández Jiménez on the Los Laureles farm at around 1,500 m elevation. It is 100% Arabica of the Typica variety, organically grown and washed-processed: selectively harvested cherries are pulped the same day, fermented for about 12 hours, washed with clean water, and dried on patios or shade nets. The cup is clear, soft and balanced with gentle sweetness, bright fruit and a fine structure.
