Summary

Kenyan washed coffee from the Kiangoi Factory, part of the Rungeto Cooperative Society in Embu, on the southern slopes of Mt. Kenya. Grown by over 2,000 small-scale farmers at around 1,650 m on red volcanic soil, fully washed with fresh river water and sun-dried on raised beds. Varieties SL28 and Ruiru 11. Clean and lively cup with notes of cocoa wafer, a buttery texture and cola-like acidity, ideal for filter brewing.
