Uganda Nyabubare Oro
Summary
Uganda Nyabubare Oro comes from the Nyabubare washing station in the Bushenyi district of south-western Uganda, where local farmers receive fair prices and cultivation support. Grown at 1100-1900 metres, this coffee is made from SL14 and SL28 varieties and processed using a yeast-inoculated washed method, using rehydrated French winemakers' yeast for a 40-46 hour fermentation to create a very clean cup. The flavour profile offers bright cranberry and blood orange acidity with a sweet, doughnut-like body and very low bitterness, brewing cleanly through a paper filter or with more body as an espresso, especially with milk.
