Grown at 600 meters altitude, this white honey processed coffee undergoes 120 hours of dry fermentation in sealed PE bags, followed by pulping with 25% mucilage retention, 48 hours soaking, and 30 days drying on shaded raised beds. Flavour profile features pear, honey melon, stevia, sweet lychee, and butter biscuit.
