A single-origin Geisha coffee from Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Valle Alto Ltda. in Peru, grown at altitudes between 1700 and 1820 masl. The cooperative was founded in 2016 through a social initiative by university students and young coffee farmers, focusing on sustainable agriculture. Fully washed processing with ripe cherries pulped, fermented, washed and carefully dried. Light roasted to preserve terroir character. Tasting notes include sour, herbal, nutty, berry and peach flavors with a heavy body.
