This single-origin coffee from Costa Rica is a Strictly Hard Bean selection processed using the yellow honey method, where cherries are pulped with part of the mucilage left on the bean and slowly dried to develop deep, syrupy sweetness. Grown from Caturra and Catuai varieties, it produces a clean, silky cup with tasting notes of yellow plum, peach, and honey, complemented by a gentle winy character and a very sweet honeyed finish. Light roasted to preserve terroir-driven qualities.
