A single-origin coffee from the Gargari Gutiti washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Grown at approximately 1950 masl by local smallholders, this Heirloom variety coffee undergoes washed processing. It offers a bright, layered character with notes of lemon zest, dark chocolate, orange, black tea, mandarin, herb, floral and citrus, featuring medium juicy acidity, medium silky body and clean medium sweetness. Light roasted to preserve terroir characteristics.
