Summary
Berlin Summer 3.0 is 19grams' 2026 summer coffee, a single origin from Hula Gatama in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 meters above sea level. The 74110 variety, a selection from a wild heirloom mother plant catalogued by the Jimma Agricultural Research Institute, is fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds for 10-15 days. Harvested from October to January, the coffee is deliberately roasted light and lively. It offers notes of blood orange, red currant and yellow plum with a fine, juicy acidity and fresh finish, scoring 88 points in cupping. Available as both filter and espresso roast; recommended for hot brewing as well as cold brew and iced filter.
