哥斯大黎加 卡內特 音樂家系列 海頓 葡萄乾蜜處理
Summary
A Costa Rican coffee from the Canet region, part of the Musician Series and named Haydn. Grown in Costa Rica and processed using the raisin honey method, this light-roasted coffee opens with white flowers and honey, followed by raisin and pineapple in the middle, and finishes with rum and rum-soaked cherry notes as it cools. It sits between the brighter Mozart and the heavier Sanlong in the series, offering a riper, honeyed sweetness with balanced fruit acidity.
