Von&Vonnie

von&vonnie is a project-first specialty coffee roastery based in Porto, Portugal. They focus on seasonal, sustainable and high-quality coffee sourced from smaller-scale producers and farmers. Their philosophy goes beyond the typical 'seed-to-cup' narrative, emphasizing accountability in how they source and purchase coffee while transcending pure sensorial experiences. They offer a curated selection of single-origin and seasonal coffees that reflect their commitment to quality, transparency and sustainability. With a clean, minimalist approach, they roast to highlight the unique characteristics of each lot, appealing to specialty coffee enthusiasts who value ethical sourcing and traceability.
