Buraca Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Lisbon, Portugal, with three generations of roasting behind it. They work directly with farmers to source beans they know, from volcanic Guatemala to Ethiopia's highlands. Roasting daily, they aim to pull out each origin's natural character, and the difference between regions really does show up in the cup.
