Spektrum

Spektrum is a specialty coffee roaster based in Hungary, built around the idea of a 'kaleidoscope in coffee' — a promise of variety and discovery in every cup. Beyond that, the details are refreshingly minimal: they run a straightforward webshop, price their beans in both forints and euros (a nod to international drinkers), and let the coffee speak for itself. No grand origin story, no named founders, no cafe addresses plastered everywhere — just a roaster that seems to trust you'll find them if you're looking. For the curious home brewer who enjoys a bit of mystery with their morning pour-over, Spektrum offers a clean slate to explore Hungarian specialty coffee on your own terms.
