Summary

Ethiopia, Brazil and Colombia

Bird of Light is one of the brands from a pioneering Hungarian specialty roastery and importer that's been at it since 2014 — early days for the country's coffee scene. They roast on a German Probat drum roaster and log every roast digitally, with a clear philosophy: bring out what the coffee cherry already has rather than roast over it. Expect carefully handled single origins built to show off origin character. They sell across the EU, run their own coffee shops and offer barista training. A reliable pick if you want clean, origin-driven specialty coffee from one of Hungary's specialty originals.
