Sgt. Martinho » Equipamento e Café

Sgt. Martinho (a.k.a. A Sargento Martinho) is a specialty coffee roaster in Lisbon, Portugal, roasting since 2014. They're on a mission to prove that Portuguese coffee culture can be about more than the everyday bica — one seriously traceable cup at a time. They travel to origin, build relationships with farms, and bring in 100% arabica single-origin lots from places like Rwanda, Colombia, and Brazil. With two Q-Graders on the team, they're obsessive about quality. Transparency is the whole point: you get the origin, producer, process, and roast date. Whether you're brewing at home or stocking a café, their online shop has beans, grinders, and gear.
