Dimitri, an SCA Q grader, and his pastry-chef brother Kévin founded Oven Heaven Coffee in Bordeaux back in 2018. Two crafts, one vision: specialty coffee and fine pastry, united under one roof. From their Bègles workshop, they roast fresh weekly—single origins and blends, seasonal, with the precision of an artisan who knows exactly what he's chasing. They also run Goûtu, a pastry-and-coffee boutique on Cours de la Marne in Bordeaux.
