Celeste Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Caen, Normandy, founded by Clémentine Llompart, a French Cup Tasting champion. Each week they roast small batches of seasonal, traceable single-origin coffees, aiming for a precise, elegant, and expressive cup. Their approach is deeply human and ethical, built on respecting producers and promoting gender equality in an industry often marked by inequality. They also run cafés where you can taste the beans, and offer a subscription for regular deliveries. The name Céleste evokes the sky and a quest for excellence—an invitation to cross the arch into a more inclusive, convivial coffee culture.
