They select and roast 100% single-origin beans at their Romainville workshop, with a mission to make specialty coffee accessible without cutting corners. With their own Paris coffee shops, they treat coffee with the same seriousness as wine or gastronomy—exploring everything from rare Grands Crus to everyday drinkable single origins. Their lineup includes bright Ethiopians, Brazilian classics, and even ceremonial matcha and chai, plus a subscription service for steady supply.
