Barcelona-based specialty coffee roaster Dalston Coffee has been at it since 2017, roasting small batches every Monday and Wednesday. They offer separate espresso and filter ranges—think Colombians for moka pots, Kenyans for pour-over—and ship across Spain and Europe. Their philosophy is clean and pleasant: no additives, compostable bags, and traceable single origins. The story’s a good one: founder Borja left professional cooking for coffee, inspired by London's Dalston neighbourhood.
