Ethiquable

Based in Fleurance, France, Ethiquable has been rewriting the rules of fair trade since 2003 — not as a typical roastery, but as a SCOP: a worker-owned cooperative where every employee is a shareholder. They source from over 100 small producer cooperatives across 29 countries, always single-origin, always organic, always traceable to one farming community and its specific development project.
