Dark-roasted espresso blend of 100% Arabica coffees from Brazil, El Salvador and Guatemala. Spicy, chocolatey and full-bodied with subtle caramel notes, low in caffeic acid and easy on the stomach. Varieties: Yellow Catuai, Pacas, Catimor. Grown at 1,100-1,700 m, processed washed and natural. Producers include Finca Capim Branco (Andrade family), Wildkaffee Coffee School project, and Finca Santa Isabel (Alex Keller).
