A single origin specialty Arabica coffee from the Letefoho region of Timor-Leste, produced by the Hatuhei Cooperative consisting of 32 farmers. Grown at 1500-1600 metres above sea level. Varieties include Typica and Timor Hybrid. Processed using the fully washed and sun dried method. Medium roasted. Awarded a Great Taste Award 1 Star in 2025 and a cupping score of 86. Flavour profile features sweet notes and aromas of treacle and soft fruits, with low acidity and a smooth, pleasing finish. Suitable for both filter brewing methods and espresso.
