Chispa Blend
Summary
Chispa is a limited blend of two Mexican coffees created by Verve Coffee Roasters and Civil Coffee. It combines washed La Perla from producers in Veracruz and Puebla with anaerobic natural Río Verde from Guerrero, which undergoes a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation before drying. The blend is defined by fruit intensity, layered sweetness and clean structure, with tasting notes of orange zest, sugar cane and watermelon. Grown at 1500-2000 meters.
