An exceptional coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region. The coffee comes from small farms and is processed at the Hambela Wamena washing station using the Natural method. It features a sweet, berry-like aroma with dominant notes of strawberries, passion fruit, and cherries, followed by a sweet, berry finish. Roasted light and recommended for filter brewing methods such as Chemex and pour-over.
