Summary

A decaffeinated specialty coffee from Brazil, processed using the Swiss Water method which removes caffeine using only water without chemical solvents. The coffee is washed (drėgnasis) processed, consists of 100% Arabica Bourbon variety, and is roasted to a medium level. Flavour profile includes hazelnuts and milky chocolate with a sweet aroma and long-lasting sweet aftertaste. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
