Kenya Karindundu AA is a washed coffee from the Nyeri region, produced by the Karindundu Factory with support from 513 smallholder farmers. It is made from Batian, SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties grown at 1,770 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes Kenya's traditional washed processing: depulped, fermented overnight, washed, and dried on raised beds. Tasting notes include red plum, honey, and lucuma, with sparkling acidity, juicy fruit sweetness, and a smooth body. Roasted to a medium-light profile that highlights the coffee's fruit-forward character and honeyed sweetness.
