Ethiopia Sidamo Bona Nare Ware Natural Lalissa
Summary
A naturally processed Ethiopian single origin from Bona Zuria, Sidamo, grown at 2,269 metres by producer Nare Ware on his 6-hectare family farm. Traditional local landrace varieties, handpicked ripe cherries dried on raised beds for 20-25 days. Sensory profile of bright mandarin acidity, juicy blueberry and delicate floral notes with a smooth, lingering milk chocolate sweetness. Nare's natural coffee placed 4th at the Cup of Excellence in 2021, and he receives agronomy support through the Lalisaa Project with Sucafina Ethiopia.
