The coffee is processed using the wet hull method, yielding a distinctly earthy profile. Varieties include Bergandal, Catimor, Caturra, Jember, Sidikalang, and Tim Tim. Flavour notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, pipe tobacco, aromatic wood, and dark fruit. Certified organic and Fair Trade.
