Summary
A single origin coffee from Finca Liquidambar, a family-owned farm in the Montecillo Mountains of Honduras, owned by Alexia Mejia and Marco Adalberto Paz Andino. Grown in the Francisco Morazán region of Valle de Angeles at 5,400 feet (approximately 1,646 meters) elevation. The coffee is of the Parainema variety and processed using the washed method. It features tasting notes of cinnamon sugar, tamarind, and white grape. The farm won a Honduras Cup of Excellence award in 2023 for this variety.
