Summary

Spring Forward is a barrel-aged coffee from Costa Rica. Produced by Efraín Naranjo Naranjo at Finca Macho in the Tarrazú region (León Cortés micro region). The coffee is a Catuai variety, washed processed, grown at 1900 masl. The green coffee was rested in freshly emptied whiskey barrels for 96 hours, adding subtle oak and light whiskey sweetness with a rounder body. Flavour notes include tiramisu, apricot, and piloncillo.
