Summary

Single-origin coffee from the Agro Hellen Farm in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown by Don William at 1,400–1,700 m. The Caturra variety is anaerobically processed, giving aromatic depth with intense notes of port wine and ripe plum, accompanied by fine pomelo and a sweet blueberry finish. Juicy mouthfeel with lively, clearly structured acidity and an elegant balance of fruit, sweetness and complexity. Don William began processing his own highest-quality cherries in 2015, investing in a dedicated mill named after his daughter Hellen; Agro Hellen now stands for outstanding microlots.
