Kimatu Ab
Summary
A vibrant Kenyan coffee from Kimatu Factory in Kirinyaga, grown at 1,700 masl and washed. Lightly roasted to highlight bright acidity and layered fruit character, with bold notes of blackcurrant and ripe peach, balanced by a smooth, sweet vanilla cream soda finish. The station sits in Njukiini ward under the Rwama Farmers Cooperative Society, drawing cherry from roughly 800 smallholders on fertile volcanic soils. Varieties include SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11.
