Mexico, Rancho La Perla, Antonia Fuentes
Summary
Single origin coffee from Mexico, produced by Antonia Fuentes at Rancho La Perla in San Juan Ozolotepec, Oaxaca, grown at 1,500-1,600 meters. Typica variety, washed process: ripe cherries are selectively picked, pulped the same day, fermented overnight, then dried slowly on patios under daily supervision. A light-medium roast with clear red fruit character and soft caramel sweetness, showing notes of pear, apricot and toffee.
