Sightglass is a specialty coffee roaster based in San Francisco, California, roasting in small batches since 2009. The name comes from the sightglass window on their vintage PROBAT roaster, a nod to the care and precision in every roast. They source directly from growers, offer organic and women-produced coffees, and rotate bright single origins, blends, and espresso—always roasted to order. Their neighborhood cafés in SoMa, the Mission, Divisadero, Berkeley, and Hollywood serve as community gathering spaces. With a subscription for fresh beans and a rotating menu of seasonal lots, Sightglass makes it easy to drink coffee that's both artful and connected to origin.
