Wilson Alba has lived and worked alongside his brother Jose on their farm Sierra Morena in Huila, Colombia. The farm spans eight hectares with two hectares planted with Pink Bourbon. This washed coffee is hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated, de-pulped, dry-fermented for 24 hours, and dried on raised beds for 30 days. Pink Bourbon is a relatively new variety grown primarily in Huila, identified genetically as an Ethiopian Landrace.
