This coffee is from the first release of the main harvest in Urrao, featuring the Chiroso variety, an Ethiopian landrace known for its cup quality. The coffee is hand-picked at peak ripeness, held in cherry for 24 hours, floated, de-pulped, dry-fermented for 36 hours, and dried on raised beds for 20 days. Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level.
