This is Sey Coffee's first year working with coffee produced by Ludivia Luna in La Plata, Huila, Colombia. This is a specific Aruzi variety separation grown at 1,900 masl. The coffee was hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated to remove defects, held in-cherry overnight, de-pulped, dry-fermented for 36 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds until moisture content reached 10.5%.
