Coffee from Octavio Rueda's El Mirador farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. This is the 4th harvest of Pink Bourbon variety, which has been identified genetically as an Ethiopian Landrace. Washed process: hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated, held in-cherry overnight, de-pulped, fermented underwater for 80 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. Grown at 1,830 masl.
