Peruvian highland coffee SHB EP from direct trade, produced by small farmers around Miguel Grau within the PachaMama project. Caturra and Catuai varieties, shade cultivated and handpicked, wet processed (fully washed) and sun dried. Roasted medium-dark for espresso, emphasizing dark chocolate, almond and dried fruit flavors with low acidity and a sweet, medium-to-full body.
