Pachamama - Peru Filter Coffee
Summary
PachaMama is a Peruvian highland filter coffee sourced through a direct trade project supporting small farmers around the village of Miguel Grau. The Arabica varieties Caturra and Catuai are shade-cultivated at 1320–1720 m, handpicked, fully washed and sun dried. Roasted as a medium filter roast, it offers a very balanced cup with milk chocolate, dried fruit and grape flavours, pleasant acidity and nice sweetness.
