Summary
This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Werka washing station in the Nensebo district of Sidama, Yirgacheffe. It is produced from Ethiopian Heirloom varieties grown by 700-800 smallholder farmers, and processed using the washed method. The cup is characterized by notes of mandarin, passionfruit, and bergamot. Roasted with an omni profile, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
