A washed Ethiopian coffee from the Uraga woreda in the Guji zone, Oromia region, grown at 2250-2300 meters above sea level. The coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers who deliver cherry to the Uraga washing station, where it is processed and sorted into lots. It features floral, brown sugar, cooked fruit and berry flavours. The coffee is roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
