Rodrigo Cortez
Summary
This single-origin coffee comes from Rodrigo Cortez's farm near Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1700-1800 meters above sea level. It is 100% Tabi varietal, a hybrid of Typica, Bourbon, and Timor Hybrid, developed for resistance to coffee leaf rust. The coffee was processed using the washed method and dried traditionally on concrete patios. It offers flavours of rosehip, strawberry, and poached pear. Roasted as an omni roast, it is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
